About Stephanie

Stephanie Gish, LMBT, is a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist at Village Physical Therapy in Holly Springs, NC, specializing in individual-focused bodywork, kinesiology-based physical rehab support, and pain relief through soft tissue manipulation, myofascial release, and cupping therapy.

Stephanie earned her Associate Degree in Healthcare Administration and Kinesiology from Texas Tech University in 2017, grounding her practice in biomechanics, functional movement, and physical therapy principles. She earned her specialized clinical training in therapeutic soft tissue manipulation at the Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics in 2021. Before joining Village Physical Therapy in Holly Springs, Stephanie served five years as a military-contracted Bodywork Therapist at Fort Bragg, working directly with active-duty soldiers and tactical Special Operations personnel to treat chronic injuries, rehabilitate physical trauma, and address structural movement compensations. Her integrative clinical approach combines targeted modalities including Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Gua Sha (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization), Cupping Therapy, and Contrast Therapy to resolve soft tissue restrictions and restore long-term functional mobility.

Having just moved to the area this summer, Stephanie and her two kids are enjoying the friendly and vibrant community of Holly Springs.

Stephanie enjoys hiking, camping, and playing soccer with her kids, along with renovating and revamping her new home.
