About Sarah

Sarah has lived in Holly Springs with her husband since 1999. Her 3 children attended the Apex and Holly Springs public schools and her husband is a public high school teacher and assistant Athletic Director at Apex High.

In 2008, Sarah partnered with Melanie Humphries and founded Village Physical Therapy to provide quality therapy services within the fast-growing community of Holly Springs. Since founding the practice, Sarah has continued to advance her skills to treat varied orthopaedic conditions as well as pelvic floor health and pre/post-partum concerns. She is also certified in dry needling, Graston instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment.

Sarah enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, weight training and spending time with her new granddaughter. She likes to follow NC State athletics where she, her husband and daughter attended, and the Air Force Academy programs where her sons attended. Her passion is service to others and helping people stay active so that they may, in turn, serve others.
