Debra began her formal massage and bodywork training in New York in 1989 and holds a North Carolina Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist (LMBT) license. Over three decades of practice, she has developed advanced clinical expertise in a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including Swedish massage, Amma/Oriental bodywork, Integrative Reflexology, and targeted trigger point therapy. Working closely alongside the physical therapy team in Holly Springs, Debra integrates evidence-informed techniques to reduce chronic muscle tension, improve range of motion, and enhance overall flexible mobility for patients recovering from injury or managing persistent pain. An Apex resident since 1996, Debra enjoys pickleball, yoga, hiking with her German Shepherd, Elsa, and cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes.
