About Debra
Debra Maass is a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist, practicing since 1989. Her education and early training was in New York. Her experience includes: Swedish, Deep tissue, Amma/Oriental, Integrative Reflexology and Trigger point.
Each session with Debra will be customized to fit your personal needs and will include a variety of techniques and modalities. Guided by intuitive touch you will experience instant relaxation, reduced tension, increased flexibility with better range of motion, and an overall sense of calm and well being. She is a firm believer that your heath may greatly benefit from regular massage and bodywork therapy sessions and is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their wellness goals.
She and her husband Glenn moved to Apex in 1996 where they raised their three children. Grandparents and empty nesters now, Debra enjoys walks with her German Shepherd Elsa, daily workouts, hiking, pickle ball, yoga, reading, and is a huge Carolina Hurricane’s fan.
