Insurance Questions
Village Physical Therapy contracts with most major health insurance carriers. Before scheduling your appointment, we strongly recommend you contact your health insurance company to verify that Village Physical Therapy is in your network and to get a quote of your benefits for outpatient physical therapy in an office setting. Your insurance company can help you determine applicable copayments, co-insurances, or deductibles that may apply to you.
We discuss with you, to the best of our ability, your patient liability after we verify your insurance, as well. Quoted information that we receive from your insurance carrier is not a guarantee of payment. Ultimately, you are responsible for costs as determined by your contract with your insurance carrier. We are out of network for Cigna and Blue Local.
We are able to see Medicaid beneficiaries under the age of 21.
